So I bought that obx fpr with the gauge, and I can't seem to get the fuel pressure below 60psi. I have adjusted it all the way down and 60 psi is as low as it wants to go. What could I be doing wrong?

Try adjusting the screw the other way and seeing if it lowers the pressure (thanks, captain obvious).

If it won't go below 60 psi, you're screwed, the stock pressure is around 34 psi @ idle, IIRC. But then again, I wouldn't expect much more from an OBX component.
