It seems I can't get my AF ratios down for love or money. I have heard that the Walbro 225 can cause high fuel pressure which can cause rich conditions. But most say this is most obvious at idle. I can get a decent idle but my WOT is in the 10s.

Anybody care to comment?

This is with the rom tune?

If so, get with Mike (S13FX) he had his KAE running really well with his rom tune. He's also out newest Moderator.

my 255 had no problems with fuel pressure. it is definitely something else. you need to tell us your engine management that youre using. that would be alot more helpful.

only reason the 255 might do that is possibly due to some restrictiveness of the stock fpr??? but yeah duder, more info.

Actually if you think you are running rich cause of fuel pressure I would start off by checking out your FPR, maybe even the vacuum source for it. I ran a rom tune on my KAE-T and had no problems. my tune was a lil rich but nothing minor adjustments on the SAFC didn't fix .
