I just got a high flow cat put on today on my 97 240 ( the mid pipe cat not the down pipe one) and my car seems to be running a bit slower? maybe i lost low end power but gained high end? or other way around? i havent put my intake on yet, but im thinkin maybe ill feel a bigger gain when i put my intake on also because then ill have more air in and more air out? i dunno maybe u guys do haha

if you don't have enough exhaust flow to support the larger piping of the cat ... you could get less horsepower from stagnation losses ... or if you are still using your stock exhaust ( unlikely ) then the differences in the piping sizes could cause problems

I put mine on and got a little more oomph but nothing really noticeable. probably get some more when my SR goes in w/ a full 3". :)
