OK, so I bought a Megan Racing high flow cat, and when I get it, I open it up to see it has a hole(bung?) for O2 sensor(i think) connected to it. Well, I'm running NA KA so I have no use for this. So I can't just install it. What do I do? Will a muffler shop plug it for me? If so, how much does that generally run? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

If its what I think you are talking about its is for cars that pump oxygen into the cat to help the cat clean the air better. I know crown vics had them. The cat should have a bolt that threads into it. If it does just make sure that its in there tight and you should be good to go.

I took it to a muffler shop and he plugged it up for $10. I also took it too a hardware store first to see if I could screw it shut, but the guy couldn't find a screw that would fit properly, and he recommended just getting it plugged by a muffler shop as well. I put it on, and I'm starting to rethink having a "high flow cat," since the smell is horrendous. For some reason, I wasn't thinking about how bad it would smell, I was only worried about it being too loud, which isn't the case at all. It's not to much louder than when I had a cat, but it sure does smell bad.
