Hello everyone! This is my first post on NICO, I've been watching the forums for a few months and love all the info on here, its been a real help in many of my projects. Anyways, I recently picked up a KA24DE that has 10.5:1 Wiseco pistons in it (may have cams also? I don't know yet), and I was thinking of selling it but now I'm thinking of using it. I see that a few people on here have done the E to DE piston swaps and I'm sure that there are at least a few high compression engines in 240's driving around. I just want to know what your impressions are of the vehicle now compared to a stock KA. Is it really that much quicker compared to a stock KA, could it keep up with a Z32 NA auto? My reason for asking is because I've got a '89 240 that I'm starting to restore and I've got quite a few options for engines, but if a high compression KA makes a fun daily driver (thats what the car will be) then I'll probably just keep this modified KA. I'm not looking for tons of power by the way, just around 200HP at the flywheel would be fine for me. Sorry for the long post, any input would be appreciated!
Mark
