Hey guys After doing some searching reguarding pcv/catch can setups I decided to block my pcv up as i'm running a vented catch can I followed a diagram i found on here Now i am not entirley sure if i want to keep it this way The only reason i did was because i was getting oil in my pipes enough to start small pools around the clamps under the piping on the turbo side And was told this was the way to go But now after driving it I went to hit full boost 10psi and got a bit of smoke out the pipe plus some hesitation and it was like i hit fuel cut Checked the gauge im going past 15psi :/ thought i bumped the manual boost controller So i set it again same problem Any help would be appreciated.

if you search youll find drawn diagrams of different pcv set ups for rbs

i block the pcv valve off, block the tube that runs from the valve cover to the pre turbo rubber piece off, run a hose from each valve cover down to the bottom of the engine bay towards the ground.

simple as that.

removing the pcv system will not mess with boost levels

It is probably a leak in the boost reference line near the waste gate. Mine only last a year or two due to the heat.

i broke mine wastegate reference line off while working on stuff near the wastegate and didnt notice it was cracked...noticed when i saw 30psi pulling onto the highway and the car slinging out sideways!
