wait, did you just replace the headlight bulbs or the entire assembly? Also, the high beams and low beams have separate bulbs if you were not aware of that. If you replaced all 4 bulbs and the high beam still isn't workign then you might want to start checking connectors and wiring.

But did you replace all 4 or just the 2 low beams?

I'm having the same High beam problem. Did you ever get it fixed? My driver side high beam wont come on. Bought a new one and still dosen't work. Check the connections with a voltmeter and have voltage but plub headlight in and turn on high beams and still no high beam.

check for voltage at the connector, if it is present when you activate the high beam, take the light back and get another because the bulb is probobly bad

the problem i think you guys are having is that your bought the wrong bulb their is lights that will work but they dont carry a high beam so try yellin at the man behind the parts counter or check for broken wires after that those are the only problems i see it being let me know when if and when you figure it out

s13 has sealed beams, meaning that the bulbs are molded into the headlight assembly. the only way to replace a sealed beam bulb is to replace the entire assembly, including the reflector and lens.

OK, I'll try this again. I replaced the sealed beams and have tried two new ones.

Im in the same boat. I know my highbeams do work, they both did a little while back and they're less than a year old Bosch's. The low beams work fine but the high beams dont come on at all. I'm almost positive it has nothing to do with the headlight bulb/assembly itself, but Im not sure what it is.

I heard that theres a headlight switch or a headlight something inside the steering column that can burn out or stop working. Anyone know anything about that? That could be our problem.

I had the same problem with mine. I tried replacing bulbs and relays and still nothing, so I just ran a wire from one high beam to the other and it's worked fine for over 3 years now.

funny you should mention that.

I did the same thing!!! haha

Only problem I have now is that the one that was working isnt working anymore so if someone knows the real fix within ~60 days (failed inspection) I'd be very thankful

Hey guys, I found the problem in the wiring harness right under the highbeam switch in the steering column. One of the connectors wasn't making propor contact.

Also a mechanic told me that the switch going bad could actually make one high beam not work. Thats what got me looking in that area in the first place.

Thanks for all the help! Dan
