High beams stopped working?

My high beams on 1982 720 have stopped working for some reason - low beams turn on and work fine, but when I flick the switch for high, there is nothing. The dash lighting is still illuminated in either toggle position. Does anyone have any tips on what to look for? Is it a separate relay for the high and low beams?

when you flick your highbeam on do you have no lights at all? or does it just not change?
Check the bulb fillement's headlights generally have seperate fillements for high/lowbeam or seperate bulbs all together, your problem may be just simply that the fillement's are burnt/broken, It will most likely be something past the fuses seeing as your dash light still illuminates.

All headlights just go off when the high beam switch is on - no lights at all until toggled back to regular low beam. I think perhaps the relay above the fuses panel is a bit loose but keep forgetting to try fiddling with different things as I haven't been driving at night for a week or so.
