High Beams dont work

Hey guys, I was hoping someone could help me fix this problem. My headlights work fine, but when i go to turn my high beams on my lights completely cut off and i cant see anything. I've tried replaceing the headlights 3 different times hoping it was something with the lamp itself and nothing happened. So i tried testing the plug that goes into the light and the voltage switched to high beams the way it should its just that nothing lights up when i actually have the lights connected...any help would be much appreciated.
