Im having a problem with my car, 1993 nissan 240sx
My high beam both works but my low beam doesnt. But sometimes the driver side headlight works on lowbeam and right side(on lowbeam)for sure not working. I tried to switch the bulb from both side but still does the same thing. Is there anything else that i can do?. Im pretty sure it shouldnt be the fuse( no fuse for low beam itself). What else can i check ? I also checked the knob on the steering cover i dont think it is the problem since the low beam driver side works sometimes.

Sounds like an issue with lighting switch. Each bulb has its own dedicated 12V line going to the switch to run high and low for that side. So if the fuse is bad, you lose high and low for that side.

Get a new lighting switch and you should be good to go. You can test if it's the switch by checking for 12v continuity for the low beam wires when the stalk is set to low beam.

When you are referring to "Light Switch". Do you mean up on the steering column?

Thanks
