High beam with fog lights

Hi guys i i was wondering is their away to keep the fog lights switched on with the high beam

Those last 2 links have more contribution to their respective discussions. Although written for the 3.3 liter r50, the electrical layout seems very similar to most Nissans I've dealt with and I'd say they'll get you started in the right direction.
