High Beam, Right side - OUT

1994 240SX - I looked at the wiring schematics and the right headlight HIGH BEAM is wired through the high beam indicator light in the dash.

My high beam indicator light does NOT come on when I put the hiogh beams on. Just the left high beam comes on, and the right light goes dark.

Could it be that the high beam indicator bulb is burned out in the dash, and this is causing the right side high beam to not come on?? [The low beam does come on on both sides.]

Oh, yes, is there a quick and easy way to get my hand up there and R & R the bulb??
