high beam out

first off, hello fellow vert owners, its been awhile! ive just been doing my homework like a good boy and not getting online much for leisure plus my cars been running really well. this is more complicated than it sounds. so one day i noticed my blue high beam indicator light stopped working, i thought no biggie because the bulb probably went out then i later noticed passenger side high beam was out, also thought no biggie and went got a new headlight. idk if the indicator light out and high beam out are even related, but i thought i'd include it. anyways i did all that to find that the new bulb's high beam also doesn't come on well thats strange. i have a viper alarm system where i hit two buttons and up pops the headlights and they come on for a full minute on high beam....well magically they both light up on high beam when i do that but not when i use the interior turn signal/high-low beam switch. dad says it's the wiring and i say its probably the turn sig switch, but im not sure at all. im thinking switch because they come on with the remote.... any insight guys?
