high beam halogen bulbs to match hid's

i bought a set of 6000k HIDs from ddm. I wanted to swap my high beam bulbs out for bulbs that had the bright white HID "look." know anywhere i can find these bright white H9 bulbs?

Well, I know on the ddm website you can pick the H9 highbeams. I would think they would look the same as the 6000k low-beams just brighter. let me check and make sure.............

Ya, once you get to the 35w/55w slim balast page, http://www.ddmtuning.com/produ....html use the drop down arrows and choose the H9 6000k, I guess you could also buy the 55w instead of the 35w to make sure they are brighter.

i was actually looking for a color match instead of buying actual HIDs for my high setup.

OOOO ok I get it, Well I guess the only other option would be getting some silverstars or something comparable at autozone. i'm not sure how much they are or how bright, but from what I can remember they were like $30-$60.

IMO spending $70 on another HID kit may be the better way to go to ensure that the color will match, but I don't guess I understand the reason of the high beams matching since they won't be on the same time as the low beams. I can see wanting to match the fogs (thats what I will eventually do), but why the high beams

yea....ill be matching fogs. but wanted the high beams to be at least a bright white color. it looks kinda weird to me with just the halogen color.

yeah you don't want to be putting HID's into your high beams anyways, not healthy for those to be flicked on and off. just get some silverstar or HOEN matching color bulbs. not HID but they have a similar color, you can't really tell the difference, they're just not as bright as HID but they are brighter than stock halogens.
