I have a 2003 Maxima SE. The left high beam is out now. I did the usual and bought a bulb but that did not help. While troubleshooting I could not find a bad fuze, at least the one's I could find. I swapped the relays and the problem remained on the left side. The low beams work as expected on both sides. I did not test continuity through the turn signal stalk, this shop manual (on my computer) is tough to follow.

Any suggestions of what I missed?

The switch only activates the relay, and if one light is working, then your switch is good and your fault is downstream, so to speak...between the relay and the bulb socket.

I would inspect the ground connections closely and try wiggling the wire harness with the lights on...it's probably a broken wire in a wire harness, which can be tricky to find. Make sure the actual bulb connection at the socket is not bent or pushed out of position.
