Can someone give me some ideas on how to get the moisture out of a headlight housing that is fogging up on cool nights and humid mornings? I'm wondering if pulling the rubber wiring plug out and letting it dry would help and maybe reinstalling everything with some rtv silicone to seal it?

Anyone else have this issue who could give me some ideas as to where the moisture might be entering the housing?

You definitely have the idea. I'd recommend letting it dry out properly and resealing everything to ensure there are no leaks.

Cool. Thanks for the confirmation. I think when I drilled the hole in the housing to relocate the bulb wiring, I drilled the hole a titch too big for the rubber plug. I'll try letting it dry out and then squirt some sealant around it and see if that stops the moisture from getting in.
