HIDs for 2008 Altima Coupe?

Has anyone actually installed HIDs in their Altima Coupe yet? If you did, please post specific instructions and pictures will help.

I hear its not as simple as other cars. You need to remove the front bumper and then find a place to mount the device.

LOL there is no way you need to remove the whole bumper... Maybe a wheel... i cant see taking the whole bumper off

The only way i see to install the HIDs is to remove the headlights so you can plug in the bulb. You can put the ballasts anywhere since the wires from the bulb to the ballast are pretty long.

But is there an easier way? Removing the wheel seems difficult since you have to remove the liner.

On some newer Nissans you can't remove the headlight assembly without removing the front bumper. If you intend to retrofit HIDs, you will need the headlight assembly removed...which means removing the bumper.
