finally bought another z32 and though she needs tires headlights and i need to figure out my sound system im still (probably too) excited to be back. unfortunately after tinkering with my forward lighting systems for hours, in the end i was defeated by the hids. first only the passenger side lit, neither fogs would light but the bulbs and adapters are all good when i switched them around. then only the drivers side worked. then the passenger again, then neither then only the drivers. then both worked perfectly, i turned them on and off 3 times both working perfectly.. but then neither one went on the 4th try. i believe its the original headlight wires that are just corroded but if i dont touch anything and just keep turning them on and off they'll keep randomly deciding which one will light if either do at all or occassionally both will work. my idea is what if i bypass the light system and hardwire the adapters to my battery with a straight wire to/from my headlight dial to control them?
