hiding the maf sensor??? Q45?

can you put the maf in your IC piping out of sight? or does is have to be ran off the turbo. im thinking of using a Q45 maf also, its 3'' and thats how big my IC piping is. so also whats needed to run a Q45 maf? looked around... cant find what im looking for.thanks

ttt please someone help me out. im about to go have me IC piping tig welded and dont wana have to cut these apart if this can work. so would someone please give me some advice??????

its called a "blow through maf"from what i understand, its biggest downside is that it can get blowby or oil leaking from you turbo in it which will affect its functionality.

cant i put it on the cold side help prevent this? also how do i use a q45 maf? i have one with the pig tail. and is this whole hiding it a bad idea?thanks man

well now that i know its called a blow threw maf i found some things when i searched thanks i think i got it know! but how do i run a q45 maf? do they work good? or is a z32 just way better?

sorry to keep posting but i have a apexi neo, what are the IN and OUT number i will need to make this thing work? can someone point me in the right direction?thanks

so theres three wires in my plug, and three wires on the new q45 maf. can someone please help me out with what i need to do to run it? AFC settings?
