well with my rb swap i got a huge *** intake manifold that dosent really clear the relay box in the engine bay... sooo i took the relays out of the box and started to pass it though the engine bay and i wanted to hide it inside the car and just extend the light wiring but i cant see how, to hide the bundle of wires i was going to remove the harness from the kick panel on the driver side and remove it from there but i dont see how to disconnect it, any advice ?

some pics of it here

has anyone done this before ? its basically a wire tuck

OK here goes i am gunna do a professional write up but this is liek ya kno a feeler...

First you unmount the relay box in the car, it was easier for me since i have my battery rear mounted and this the battery terminals were in rear... With the unmounted relay box, you get a flat head and remove all the relats and fuse panels MAKE SURE YOU MARK THEM so if you blow a fuel pump fuse your not replacing liek 10 fuses, There is a harness holder on the fram rail just pop that sucker off and trace the harness back. Now you will notice the lighting is connected to this harness, your going to have to extend those but that will be covered in chapter 2.... Now the harness is wrapped in a loom and electrical tape and is VERY dirty... just get a razor and carefully remove the tape and loom, and under the rad support you will see clips holding harness up just pop them off, you no longer need them. As your removing the harness lay it outside the car so its not in your way. Now on the driver side there is a hole where the harness leads, by now the harness should be free and just leading to that hole, its got white plastic surrounding it to protect it. from here you want to turn the wheel as far right as it will go ( or just remove the mofo) and feel for the harness, when u see it there are whiite clips that hold the hood release and the actual harness so dont go all incredible hulk and tear these up get a flat head and pop harness free and cut the tape but let them stay up under the fender, now as u trace it to the firewall you will see a rubber grommet, thats what stops your car from becoming a swamp when it rains to dont go tearing this up either. Now go inside and clear out all the electrical stuff, (remove dead pedal and take out fuse panel liek 3 bolts hold it up and there is a bunch of other stuff take that out too) now just pull the harness grommet inside and have a partner feed the harness through the firewall hole to you, when you get to the relays and fuse panel that were in the engine bay TAKE care not to **** them up and pass em on through. from here seperate the wiring for the lighting which is ez to recognize from the bulbs and yadda. your gunna need to extend these back to the engine bay but for now yoru gunna drink a beer and play some world of warcraft (thats wut i did) and thats if i am just gunna lasso the harness up and tuck it under the dash and leave the relays and fuse panels some what accessible in case i blow one in the future now here are the PICS
