Hidden dealer activated features

I've heard of this before. Does anyone have any info on the 2008 coupes? Such as auto door locking?

Have anyone asked the deal about this before?

uh... i have an 08 sedan that autolocks if i don't open the doors within a given period of time subsequent to my unlocking it using the intellikey... if that's the kinda autolock yous talking about.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I want the doors to auto lock when I start driving. I've seen modules out there that does this, but I also heard that this feature can be enabled by the dealer. Just wondering if anyone has tried.

Not dealer available, there is a modification available to make it work though. I cant find thelink but someone will chime in...

There is a post on the other forum bout the same thing, it had less replies and has been there longer. probally cause everyone knows where the real coupe lovers are!!

http://www.kptechnologies.com/ has a module for auto door locking. Has anyone ever installed one?

I have an 08 2.5 coupe w/ the tech package, and have a factory alarm and lojack installed through the dealer, as soon as I start up the car it auto locks the doors. I don't know if it has anything to do with the alarm itself or the lojack. My wife has the 07 2.5 sedan w/ the tech package and it doesn't auto lock and she wants the same thing.
