Okay s13 silvia front H1 bulbs 8000k bulbs.. My right one just went out but i replaced the bulb, the balast... When i turn the headlights on the bulb starts to charge up for about a second or two then dies out ? Does any one have any ideas? Iv had the HIDs on the car with no problems for like 6 months..
