Waste of money IMO. MY headlights are bright as hell and they are normal sylvanias.

i agree on the waste of money, but i need new ones, and figured i might as well get something that looks good! and these are not hid's they are projectors....... i think im guna order 4 of these

The outer lights have both high and low beams, so they have a 3 prong plug. The inner lights are only single beam so they have a 2 prong plug. Just for you info when you do the wiring, the back of the ones in the pic looks like a 3 prong plug. I guess that you could use a h7 bulb for the (inner) high beams and it will be 2 prong plug. I would also think that they are using a 9003 bulb for the outer light, because it is a 3 prong plug.

or..... could i convert them all to 3 prong? then even on my low beams id have all 4 lights on? then highs they would all switch to highs?

actually i think ill end up getting these ones... but could i do the wiring to them like i asked earlier?

To do this you would have to modify the inner lights plug(vehicle side), because (I believe) according to the wiring diagram the third (middle prong) is not a ground.
