HID stock upgrade

So im looking for a light bulb that will produce more street light and not blind everyone. The lights are good but when some cars pass me they produce way more light on the floor that is the same results im looking for any sugjestion on what bulbs i should buy.. D2R yes? but what type?

If you have factory HID then yes it is the D2R bulb. I wouldn't go anywhere past 6000k in color. The light emission starts to degrade after that point. Its a shame the 2008 doesn't come with projectors, that would be your best bet in terms of getting better light on the road.
