I just want to know if anyone has put McCulloch HID's in their 97-98 240 and if they encountered any problems

Make sure they send you H1's or else the projection will be off. Instead of having a flat beam...you'll get a round beam.

How much are they anyway? You can get the Hella kit in your choice of color for $379 shipped at www.misterjung.com I have the 5200K Hella kit since I don't want too much attention from cops for having deep purple or blue. No problems yet, and I have still have the 1 year warranty.

I wanted let yu know that I had to do mant thing to get my McCulloch HID to work....First.......... Warning.....The bulb you get BARELY fits in the opening , you also have to drill a hole in the plastic cap or else it wont even be sealed (I say just order another harness assembly so you wont screw up your old one)(if you need part# lemme know..) there is other stuff.............................just FYI....oh yeah they are about $500 avg. a pop
