HID question

im thinking of putting in some HIDS but dont i have to buy these first?

yah cause on enjukus website under there hid kit it says that it works with there h4 conversion bulbs or something

the hella brand with give you a better/decent cut off so you wont blind everybody you really shouldnt have hids unless you have a projector
