Anyways, here is my project scope and process. For those who have the head light definitely knows the issues with the bulbs. But for those who don't, the issue is with the bulb types.
I found out the hard way that the bulbs on my car requires H3C bulbs rather than the 9006 bulb type for the low beams. You can use H3 bulbs. Just will plug them in slightly differently. The idea is the base of the bulb must be the same as the stock bulb.
Reasoning of the conversion project is that I really needed more light. And anyone with the jdm headlights will definately tell you the light output sucks balls! And you'll use your fog lights mostly all the time! Ok, on with the project and pics throughout the process.
Parts and the HID system. Have power extentions included as well.

Also a dedicated relay kit would be a recommendation to buy along for your hid conversation! That way youll only use one power connector for your headlight for a trigger and the kit will directly be power from your battery!

Side note:
Now I will apologize if the brand of ballasts I choose if is not a preferred brand or just a cheap set. But that is why I choose it, due it was cheap, and had have used this type of ballast for many of my customer installs and never once had any issues. But you can buy what ever kit you prefer. On the bulb color is a personal preference. It's best to not go over 8k but the set of bulbs I choose are 10k. I don't need schooling about the issues with is best and what not. And I well aware of the on what is practical and not. Not promoting the products brands not choice of bulbs temps. Just showing how to convert your setup.
Here is a shot of behind the headlight. The location of the low beam bulb:

You'll see here that there's a clip that will have to come loose in order to fully be able to pull the bulb out. My driver side didn't come out easily! Lol

Bulb with the rubber boot:

Notice the connector is not a 9006 type but an H3/H3C:

There's a notch on the side of the connector that needs to be push in to free the bulb:

Examining the oem bulb:

Here is my mock up on the entire setup. I tested only one bulb with one ballast to make sure that its getting power and proper ground. Also to make sure when you flip the headlight switch that it powers up the system correctly. Be sure you test your system out before going through with he install!

I used one of my spare power cables to directly connect to only one oem power connector from the car. This is the trigger that is necessary for the relay kit to work. Be sure to properly tape it up. And since on the other side you won't use. Just cover it up with tape:

Now if everything is GREEN after testing. Proceed to outfit the HID bulb with the rubber piece. You actually don't have to do this, you can actually just install the bulb and clip it in then reinstall the rubber piece along with the plastic circular housing:

Now location where to install your ballasts. On my car I choose to install them in the intake area under the nose panel. I used 3m double stick tape to hold it in. Beside to prep and clean the area to allow the tape to properly stick.
Also I had to use an power extent ion for my passenger side (which is your driver side- US models) to route power to the ballast. Also remove the radiator stays during the wiring process. It'll give you enough room to route wiring through:

Before I hooked up the driver side (your passenger side - US models). I tested the system to see how it compares to the light output of the oem setup. Here are some shots:

Side not:
I was totally please so far with the light output! So continued to finish up the project.
Here is a before pics of the oem setup bulbs:

Here is the finished pics of the entire project with the HID conversion done:

In conclusion and test driving results:
I love the light output I got when driving throughout town an on the interstate. Didn't have to use my fog lights not once. And had no issues in visibility. Also now my low beams cut off when the high beams are on. Before on the oem setup when switching to my high beams both low and high beams would be on. Didnt understand why, but it's better now!
