HID Lights
I want to change out my factory head lights for a more bluer color. What the max watts and volts for the lights? And what is your recommended color temperature?

with a 35 watt kit 8k is a blue color, thats what i have. 6k is white and puts out good light.

I have 12k on mine. They r borderline blue to purple. They r SEXY

mine were removed as per provincial inspection :P if the cops see mine they'll pull me over.. anyone want to buy a cheap HID harness ? no bulbs

12k headlights are pointless, no offense z32man. They will give off less light output than stock bulbs. Go with a 35watt 6k bulb or a 55watt 8k bulb. Apparently the 55watt will wash out some of the blue. Im personally running a 35watt 6k, looks nice and white with a hint of blue to it. Anything above 6k will limit the output of light. I think it's 4300k that gives the best ouput but is slightly yellower.

it all depends what you want. if you want more light, then ya the lower k's give more light but i wanted blue so i got my blue
