Dont know if this will help much, but if you are trying to get the angry eyes look with HID lamps, just go to the junk yard.

get these parts, bulbs and ballast for a BMW 3,5,7 series.

then take your stock S14 low beams out, and smash the bulb out, you should just have a flat base, then remove all connector parts and drill a hole through the base large enough to epoxy the BMW HID bulbs into the S14 bulbs,

Use high temp epoxy and make sure you dont touch the glass on the HID bulbs.

Wait till dry then install them like standard bulbs, hook up ballasts and get your FSM and wire the balast in.

turn them on, you should now have that cool BMW HID look for around 50 bucks. (of course Depending on junk yard)

Then for that angry eyes look just get some "eye liners" I think that is what they are called.

and whalla a custom headlamp that you can show off.

I have done this on both of my cars now and have had no problems with them whatso ever.

I bet this could be rigged on an S13 with H4 conversion. This may motivate me to get off my *** and get new headlights (I bought the hiper white Wal Mart lights on accident when one of mine went out) Good ideas!

I'm thinking of putting this in my s13 fastback. What about aiming them. How do you properly direct the beam? I don't think it will be too easy to aim them properly with the h4 conversion. PEACE. Tek.

hahah, i did this as well but a little bit different. i already have 8000k HID's, so i took out my hi beams lights busted the bulbs soldered on some amber bulbs onto the leads off the stock 9005 hi beams, and spliced into my corner light wiring. so the end result is i have amber corner lights and amber on the inner parts of my headlights. it looks clean until i turn my head lights on then you cant even see the amber bulbs....i'll take some pics and post them

Are these actually Xenon head lights or just "xenon looking"

If they are real xenons it's illegal :)

To be legal they must:- Must be auto leveling- Must be equipped with a washer system- Must be correctly aligned to meet international regulations

yeah those look awesome, i was seriously considering ordering a set for my 1996 240sx but i sadly realized that i can't..... well not easily anyways. Because my car is a canadian model the daytime running light module restricts the voltage during the day, not allowing the beams to light up properly. Because the daytime running light module restricts the voltage to ~7V often one light will not ignite or even both. So unless i want to run without DTRL's (illegal in Canada) i am out of luck. Hope this saves some problems for anyone here up north. Or if anyone has found a way around this other than scrapping the module and turning on your highs all the time please let me know.
