hid installed but.....

I just installed my HID and the Service Engine Light came on. Any insights why my SES came on?

same thing happened to me, some people in forums said disconnect and reconnect battery. i checked the code and it was keep alive memory, i had to redo my auto windows up and radio stations. but if thats not it, then i dunno

Yeah! thanks for the info it's all working now. ses light came off.
