HID Install 2008 Nissan Rogue

I have a few questions about installing an HID KIt in the low beams of my headlights.

1. all i need is a normal hid plug and play kit?
2. instructions to get to the headlight bulb? (easy access both sides)

any help would be appreciated. thanks so much.
