alot of people seem to be having issues with their hid's and the auto setting, where one light stays off in the auto setting (turning on and off resets)...even with relays...i have mine on relays and it seems fine...

Im seeing a pattern here where most if not all of you have the issue with the same light!...

let me know which satys OFF in AUTO mode. (i know flipping them on and off makes em work)

i agree with you....its oto coincidential that we're all getting the same problem when using relay's......i cant wait to hear your results with your voltage tests......i cant see why the voltage would be different in the passenger headlight though....of course i dont know much about this stuff.

I don't really have this problem. My HID's are working good. I have Xentec. I am not using the auto thing; I open the headlights manually after car starts. No problems.

I'm thinking about ordering from "supervtec", he also sells the Slim Ballasts. Also has a better rating then HID4U

yea we're all talking about using the auto feature....we all know if you just have them off and then turn them on after the car starts then theyll work fine.

i dont understand why my big ballast xentec's (that sit on auto, headlight n fogs) that have been basically SUBMERGED in water still fire up with no issues... could it be a faulty connection you guys have or something?

I have the 6k HID's from xenonlink.com and before I installed the HID relay harneness, the passenger side sometimes would not come on due to lack of current. Now that I have the HID relay harness, no issues.

nah....i think its alot with the slim ballast guys...and voltage...reason for my investigation is....ill bet that the guys who are having this issue....and have changed their fogs as well....it doesnt happen to the fogs!...i am also as you know...working on my own headlight project...and LEDS are very voltage sensitive....i wann amke sure that the power getting to em is consistant and correct...so that got me thinking about the on off issue on hid lights...

i have the same issue, it's on the passenger side. I prefer not having it in auto anyways so it's not a huge deal and it always fires up when i don't have it in auto when i start the car.

Xenatec's bought on ebay 6000k slim ballast
