HiD High beams

Is it possible to make the high beams on a G coupe HID. (maybe take a extra factory set of hids and install them in the high beam place)

Yes it would , and it has been done ..

on a competing forum , a guy has done QUAD Projector HID

factory ones would not be direct fit...you can however like fabricate a mount or something or go aftermarket

Or, you could just retrofit some '06 Bi-Xenons into your housings (or just get '06 headlights altogether).

06 is just the easier route because the recall on those headlights... you can do quad projectors like mentioned above too, but ive seen it done with single projector on top and the bottom used a tl bixenon projector on bottom for highs and fogs...

Yeahp, retrofit... or go with a bixenon projector. i was considering something from like this hid conversion + some projectors from a spot like hidplanet or ebay. team up the quality with a good warranty. anyways, i digress.

I bought a set of 06 (I think recalled) Lights on ebay for $150 including bulbs and harness (no ballasts)

Can I use my current upper HID bulbs (2003 lights) in the lower brights location on the 2006 lights and have dual HIDs ??

I would have to buy another two ballasts right? you can't run two bulbs on one ballast correct?

yes...you need 2 ballasts....they bolt to the bottom of the headlight.
