after replaceing my factory ligts with JLM HID's, i noticed they arent a nice solid light anymore, they shine clumpy? like brighter some places then others. what did i do wrong?

Unfortunately, hotspots are going to be an issue with HIDS in a normal headlight. If you purchase projector headlights, it will have a lot of glare. Mine are like that too... not enough to be called "clumpy" by any means, but enough to not be a completely uniform light. Make sure your lenses are clean. That might help.
