I just got a pair of Bi-Xenon HID the bulb is one of those movable high - low, I installed everything correctly but when I turn it on the bulbss are on high (I think) when I hit the stock to switch them to high nothing happens but a click from the ballasts and no light change.

Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?? I'm not sure what is malfunctioning

Thanks

If you put them in the stock lamps, they really aren't designed for them. When you switch from low to high a little shield just moves to change the projected light. The stock lamps will scatter the light pretty badly and probably blind everyone around.

So my answer is. Not made for it, thats just how it will be. You may want to adjust the level of the beam so you don't blind everyone as bad.

I made the same mistake with a Bi-xeon hid on my motorcycle. When you switch to high beam you hear a click and nothing seems to happen. live and learn.

Bi-xenons do work for the Versa. I know so because I have them and they work perfectly fine. Check your wiring.

I have all colors matched up, the box is secured, all wires are ground, and the main wire is connected to the headlights. I'm not sure where I could have gone wrong. Could the bulbs be bad??

What kit did you buy?

I INSTALLED BI XENONS AND THEY WORK GREAT. SOUNDS LIKE THE RELAY BOX THAT CAME WITH THE LIGHTS ARE BAD. I DO NOT THINK THAT BOTH OF THE BULBS ARE BAD BUT THAT MIGHT BE THE CASE TWO. YOU CAN HAVE BI-XENONS ON A VERSA AND THEY WORK GREAT.

I guess the one on my bike is broken as well. Never use the high beam any way.

May want to contact the people you bought it from.

yea they should be just plug and play, if you wired everything correct they should turn on just fine, when it comes to aiming what you have to do is: Look down into the engine bay, right next to the headlights there is a little white thing it has a place to put a alan wrench in and turn it to adjust the light angle

It's the only white thing you will see, to aim it down turn it counter clockwise. Let me know if you need help or if I need to re explain what I said.
