HID EX35

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hello,

I have noticed that my right HID flickers when I hit medium sized bumps on the road. Any idea to why this is happening? I am thinking it could be the wiring contact, I will try and remove the wheel to see if I can make a tighter contact between all the wires. Other than that could it be something else?

If its factory HID's I would say definitely wires, if it is aftermarket kit, I would check to see if the bulb is properly fitted. I remember in my other car I had installed it but found out one of the clips were damaged and it was just wobbling around because it wasn't fully secured and in place.

It is not that noticeable but it seems like Zarar was right. It just is not tight enough and wobbles slightly. That's all.

I`m just wondering if the wires leading to the bulb are a bare wire connectors, and not a plug and play type?

Would the service manual help you with this?
