$144 is awful cheap considering the bulbs alone are worth that much. I would question the quality of the kit, ballasts, bulbs, etc.
As with all HID conversions of this type:
1. They are not legal for road use in Canada or the USA.2. They will produce some glare to oncoming drivers since the stock reflector is designed for a halogen filament and not an HID arc. The amount of glare varies on the kit.
If you really want to do it the right way (and have cash to burn), buy the OEM Nissan HID headlamp housings for the Rogue at about $500USD a pair, then add a quality HID kit (bulbs, ballasts, wiring) of your choice. BTW, the OEM HID housings use a D2R Xenon bulb.
