that's cute. That's the 4th name I've seen that website take. I bought my HIDs from a site like that anyway. They are 2 different shades, so when the light hits something white you can easily tell. You can find them cheaper... but they certainly aren't the same. Some have higher grade electrical components (ballast/ignitors). If you have a dual function bulb (high/low in 1 bulb) you MUST get a form of Bi-xenon. Or else you'll be running around with your high beams on all the time. By this I mean that the light does not act the same way as a halogen, it'll bounce off the bottom of the reflector and blind oncoming traffic without you having to turn on your high beams. It's kind of annoying but it's for other people's safety as well as your own.

well my I30 has two separate bulbs for high beam and low beam. I noticed that my left light flickers three times before going on, I never thought of blaming the ballast, it said in the instructions it had to do something with the battery. Maybe i should contact the company i bought them from.

I bought mine here http://xenon-hid-usa.com/default.aspx and someone on the forums was said he bought his there. I'm planning on getting an Optima Red top battery, so we will see if that resolves the issue. I also ordered some projector headlights of ebay, but they have H7s instead of the 9006 so I ordered some new bulbs, we'll see how that turns out. Maybe i'll post some pics

I bought my 3K fogs from there, had the same issues. I now have the bi xenons from Mod Express and they are beautiful.

tigersharkdude >>> I have a direct vendor for these, if you like you can hit me up and I can get them for you. Just let me know.

Also I can get the bi xenon a little cheaper than that of the 'got HID'.

The flicker can mean lots of things. It usually mean that the bulbs aren't getting the proper starting voltage which can be caused by anything. Anything from thin wire which leaks out the energy and arcs on a closer ground. The terminals inside the bulb may be worn or just not getting enough power. I usually build a custom wire harness that hooks directly to the battery and uses a relay.

I have a cheap hid kit installed ATM but planning a bi-xenon projector retro in the future as I can't find any store to do it.

McSteve, Do you have the ebay projectors? I bought one recently, but they came with such crappy halgoens... and it is not like the stock 9006.... my projectors look like yours, but with black housing... did you buy them from xrteam or proexhaust? i think only they sell those type of projectors... which HID bulbs do you use? i was looking at the bulb, and it looks soo much like 880.... Do I just have to order the HID conversion kit and say the bulb type? I am honestly a total noob in this....

I would recommend Xenonplanet.com/shop for quality products. Our shops are well known in queens NY, and in Long Island NY for being wholesalers and importers of xenon HID kits. We actually use high quality kits from Banbo. If you interested take a look at our website for our november specials some kits are selling for 59.99 and 69.99. If your skeptical that our kits are good quality it is understandable. Our prices do raise questions. However these prices are true because there is no middle man, the importer is the retailer in this case. we also carry D2 RS coilovers for most makes and models of nissans. Please inspect our inventory for yourself at http://www.xenonplanet.com/shop
