HID/Bumper Removal Step-by-step guide?

Has anyone finally compiled a complete step-by-step guide with pictures on bumper removal and HID installation on a 2008 A/C? I'm looking to do an install of my HID kit I just got this weekend and was wondering if anyone has a reference available. If not, any advice for the install like where to put the ballast, best way to install (bumper removal vs. behind the fender wall), etc.? Thanks guys.

P.S. I know that there are other HID threads out there but there arn't that many pictures that are very clear on instruction so before I get flamed on using the search function, trust me, I have.

I was going to do a tutorial last Sunday, but we had major rains and a flash flood warning in effect here so I never got around to installing. Hopefully I'll get to do it this weekend. I'll post pics of the entire process.
