Some guy sent me d2c hid bulbs they fit d2r type and d2s housings they dont have any ceramic paint on the bulb to block out part of the light i was wondering if you put this bulb in a non projector houseing i have an o4 g35 that is suposto have the paint on the bulb will it blind oncoming traffic or is ok to use
