HID bulb replacement

I have the 3.5 that comes with the hid's. If i wanted to go to 6000k bulbs do i have to replace the ballast or can i just get the bulbs and just swap em out?oh yea second question, is there a way to adjust the height of the fogs? i just replaced em n wanted to aim them lower.

you can just swap out the bulbs
