HID 8K H11 or D2R???

Ok I got an Altima 2009 2.5S w/ CVT and I bought some HID's 8K H11. Are those the right ones? My brother tried putting them in but they won't go in is he doing something wrong? His friend said something about D2R.

What brand did you buy?....IMO http://www.ddmtuning.com has the best HID kit as far as quality and price. I've bought 2 H11 6000k kits and 1 H11 8000k set and no problems yet. they are $80 shipped and I love them.

H11 are the bulbs that come in the 2.5s so you are right. I think the d2r are for the 3.5s that come with the stock HID lights.
