Do you hear it in the exhaust or like... the body of the car? Thats a little to broad of a question. A hiccup noise in a manual transmission based car can be any number of things. It could be from the intake or the gears themselves. We can help but see if you can figure out a lil more.

To be completly honest with you im really not quit sure what it is. But if I had to guess it has something to do with either (A) something on the car is a little loose and the vibration is just rattling it. or (B) somethin is up with the engine or transmission mounts. All in all i really wouldn't let it bother me that much unless it sounds like the car is about to break.

All cars are different and make all kinds of sounds. So it could be just a random thing that your car does. Like when my s13 goes past like 50mph it starts whisteling. Its been doing that since I got it but nothin bads happened to it and I don't think anything will.
