hiccas lock out question

no i dont think you know what i mean i have a lock kit but it is loose where the tie rods connect to it so i want to make it solid so no movement in the back but it still has to be adgustable for alignment

kind of off topic but, will any hicas lock bar work? i have a 94 GTS-T and i need a hicas lock out bar but not sure if i can use an S13 lock out bar or whatnot.
