Just bought a 1991 Twin Turbo and about to buy new wheels for it. How do i know if it has Hicas on it or not?

If it's a TT, it has HICAS. Don't use the "will this fit my car?" tools. Figure out what sizes you want and get them. If you go with the online tool, you'll get super weak sizes.

I was going with 18" 8.5" +35 rims on front with 245/40/18 tires and 18" 9.5" +35 rims on back with 275/35/18 tires on back.

Wheels. They're wheels, not rims. A rim is a portion of the wheel. Those are some pretty weak offsets.

What wheels were you looking at?

Here's a 9.5+15 in the rear. The ones you are looking at would be sunken in by about 2 inches. Even this 95+15 isn't super aggressive. Yours would look very sunken.

That sounds allot like what i'm running on mine now. But mine is an n/a. and just because you have a tt doesn't always mean you have hicas still. Allot of people do a hicas delete. I would contact the old owner first if possible and ask. If not i'm sure some of these other fine gentlemen can help you find what to look for just to be sure.

I am sure that if all twin turbos have Hicas mine still has it. I found one that has 70,000 miles on it and no modifications ever. It was just a garage queen. Taken to Nissan dealership for service and that is about it. I checked out the rimtuck website you referred me to and see all the different setups but i have also tried to read alot before asking this question about wheels because i see people getting blasted for it. On the rimtuck website how do you know if fenders have been rolled or if car is lowered or not. I love the look of some of them. What is the best 18" wheel to put on a stock twin turbo to get the best fill up with no rubbing.

At the far right of the line, there's the "profile number." Click that, and it'll have a mod list.

You should give the 350Z Track Wheels a look. I have them and I think they look pretty dope.

I used to be in love with those wheels but now they look a bit tame to me, they are a perfect fit though.

Fabbio...can you send me a pic at rburton.ui@gmail.com I cannot for some reason see pics here. Just see the little circle twirling around. Would love to see the 350 wheels and know the exact sizes.
