How does it work? I have the sticker on the car side, and a light on the dash.

At low speeds (parking) it turns the rear wheels slightly in the opposite direction of the front wheels to shorten the turning radius. On my Q, I think it makes it hard as heck to park since everyone grows up driving a car whose backend doesnt move when you back into a spot.

At highway speeds it turns the rear wheels slightly in the same direction as the front, allowing you to "slide" from lane to lane, or "hug" your way around the curve.
