Hicas Steering rack

Hicas Steering rack
My current s13 rack seals are bad, so i need to replace the rack. I am planning on getting a HICAS racks because of the quicker ratio. I have looked into getting a HICAS remans rack. Ive heard that autozone hicas racks alot of times dont have the hicas internals making it a non hicas rack. What are your suggests on purchasing a HICAS rack and where?

Good luck finding a hicas rack. They are RARE nowadays. Best bet would be ebay or junkyard.
