HICAS rear spindle on non-HICAS car?

Long story short: I bought new ES bushings for the rear lca and spindle. I am going to have them pressed into spare arms so as to minimize downtime. I have found HICAS lca's and spindles dirt cheap. My question is can the balljoint for the tie rod be pressed out and replaced with the urethane bushing or are the insert diameters different between the HICAS and non HICAS spindles?

Well, I dropped everything off at my suspension guy's shop a few hours ago. We will find out about the balljoint to bushing in a couple of days.
