what is hicas. and whats it do or mean. just wondering.

hicas is what some s13s have. its a 4 wheel steering system.

Super Hicas = Super High Capacity Actively Controlled Suspension

Or something to that note, and yes it is 4 wheel steering by changing the rear toe, giving the rear several degrees of steering angle under certain situations. It's pretty uncommon.
