hey everyonce, followed a few different DIY to decode the HICAS light on my 91 Z32 but to no avail. from the moment I turn my car on the light is red the entire time. some times on an on ramp the car will turn harder for a moment while the wheel is at the same position threw the cornor. is there anything in particular I need to look for or if there is a better DIY for decoding the light.

any help would be great,
thanks!!!

Have you checked your power steering fluid?

^ what he said. Shut the car off and let it sit for 5-10 minutes (better to do it after sitting over night). Check level, if low, fill with ATF (not PS fluid). Start and check light. If that doesn't work, you'll need to do the HICAS diagnostics.
